How to Order?

Commissions:

Wallpapers and Posters

Negotiated between 100 USD - 200 USD

Wallpapers (1024px/768px)
Posters (A3 or 640px|960px)

Wallpapers typically include a detailed background and also take up a lot of energy and time. Which is why they are priced the way they are and I don't take them lightly. Expect more than a month working time.

Full bodies

With a simple background: 100 USD

Half bodies and Busts

With a simple background as seen above: 70 USD

Profiles

50 USD

Sketches

CHARACTER REFERENCES/CUSTOMS

like a build your own ref kind of thing...

(Style price added to each option for example: [expression] 3 USD + [Full color] 8USD = 13 USD)

The drawings will each have their own pose, so no copies of the same pose just with a different face. Please let me know what you want in colour and in what style.Expressions (headshot): 5USD each + style price
Expressions (Bust): 10 USD each + style price
Half body: 15 USD each + style price
Full body: 25 USD each + style price ( +5 USD for an extra prop like a complex weapon or a simple painted background/Fx. Each is a unique pose.)
Extras (weapons, etc.): 5 USD each + style price
Pet/extra character: ±15USD + style price
Alternate clothing: ±15 USD each + style price (Default Standing Pose.)(Don't worry too much about the math. I'll work that out for you. Also, these prices aren't set. Tell me what you have in mind and we can discuss what it is you are looking for. )

extra fees:

Complicated characters such as Genshin Characters: +25% of the original price
EXTRA character: +50 % of the original price
BACKGROUNDS: ±50 % of the original price.Prices can be negotiated. Complicated weapons or extras may be subject to detail fee.

HOW TO ORDER:

1. Email/DM me the type of commission you want and fill in the commission questionnaire at the bottom of the page. Please send at least one reference photo or more so that I can have a basic idea for the piece that you want2. I will ask more questions about what you want for your commission to ensure a good outcome.3. After going over your request I will let you know about whether or not I can accept your commission.4. Once I have accepted, you will have two options: 100% upfront payment or 50% first then 50% later. The later ONLY applies to commissions more than 50 USD. I will send you a link for the payment. This is non-refundable once I begin.You can contact me via DeviantArt Notes or Discord.

Commission Form

If you wish to make a commission, please send a message containing this information. I will send you a confirmation with the price. Once a commission is confirmed I will send a progress sketch to you to confirm whether or not what I did is what you had in mind- Commission option (For example: Full body + background. Plese refer to whether or not you want a simple background or no background if you choose that option.)
- Favourite Color/Atmosphere/Expression (Yours or your character's. These are what inspires me to draw so knowing any of these will help deliver a better piece.)
- Something in my gallery that's similar in style to what you want or some other style reference. (No promises but I am open to trying new things.)
- Drawing of your Character or explain their appearance if you want me to design them + references and ideas you may have. (Just so that I can get a basic idea of your character.)
- Ethnicity/Culture/Defining features/Age (I just find this interesting to know when drawing from more stylized references.
- Habits and personality (Please remember that I do not know your character as well as you do. Please explain to me who and what your character is. Common expressions, behaviour, things like that.)
- How did you find my work? (just cause I'm curious)

PERMISSIONS:

1. Commissioner is never permitted to distribute, or claim credit for the artwork2. The commissioner may use the artwork for personal use only3. I have full rights over the art that I made for your commission

DEADLINES, REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS:

1. A commission may only be cancelled if the piece has not been started.2. You may only be refunded full price if I cannot finish the piece within a given deadline3. An already completed piece cannot be refunded

WIP:

1. Once your request is accepted by me, I will begin working on it asap and will provide updates on every milestone. This includes the sketch, lineart, flat color, and completed piece.2. Big changes can only be requested during the sketching phase. This includes posing, special requests, expressions, etc. However, during the lineart/flat colors phase, small changes can be made
this includes color changes, slight detail changes, etc

RUSH ORDERS:

If you would like to order a commission but have a tight deadline then you can request a rush order1. The quickest rush orders I am willing to receive is 10 days2. Rush orders are 10 USD extra

Ordering:

1. I reserve the right to decline your request2. If no slots are open then your request will be rejected**this includes waiting list slots3. I will not accept commissions of:
-furries
-extreme gore
-NSFW
-Hateful content4. While you have the right to ask me if you want to keep your commission private, I have the right to decide not to post your commission on my social media. Additionally, I am unlikely to post any commissions on my private DeviantART account (Allostro). Commissions are posted on my original account (OctoProbz) or/and my Instagram (@alloislate).
